How long is the process?


There will be 3 interviews conducted looking at personality, chapter viability, and leadership. This entire process can take 1-2 months.




What are you looking for in an applicant?


We are looking for passionate and creative individuals who are interested in the intersection of health & business and solving global health inequities. We are also looking for leaders and team members who can build and sustain a chapter.




Is there a GPA or grade requirement?


There are no GPA or grade requirements to apply. We accept undergraduate and graduate students.





Frequently Asked Questions about Running a Chapter

How can chapters communicate with HQ?


Each chapter has their own expansion manager who meets and helps their chapter on a weekly basis. They will also be in charge of forwardinng information from HQ to chapters and answering all chapter questions.




Can I choose which non-profits to work with?


Of course! We recognize that each area has unique organizations and initiatves that are not available at other chapters. Therefore, we encourage chapters to partner with national and local non-profits to make the impact that they want.




How many members can I have?


Chapters can have as many or as little members as they want as long as the chapter remains sustained and projects are getting completed. However, we recommend having less than 30 students per chapter, because we believe that's the optimal number of members. We allow new chatper presidents to create their own team and implement whatever recruitment process they think works best for their school.
