Ben Rathi
Ben Rathi is the Chairman of Blueprints For Pangaea, which he founded as an undergraduate at Michigan. He is a technology investor and entrepreneur, holding various positions at growth stage investment firms and startups including Nuro.ai and Modern Treasury. He began his career as a consultant at McKinsey, and holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School, and BS in Computer Science and BBA degrees from Michigan. He is passionate about reducing inefficiencies, expanding access to healthcare, and student entrepreneurship and volunteerism.

James Ha
James holds a degree in Biology from the University of Michigan, where he developed his passion in healthcare, finance, and entrepreneurship. He is currently a consultant where he performs both functional consultation and technical development roles. After consulting, James hopes to positively impact the healthcare industry in the United States.

Prasanth Kotha
Prasanth Kotha is a medical student at the University of Pennsylvania. During his time as an undergraduate at the University of Michigan, he studied Business Administration which helped him develop an interest in the intersection between business and healthcare. In the future, he hopes to become a practicing physician who can leverage his experiences to help shape the evolving healthcare system.

Elliane Siebert received a degree in Community and Global Public Health from the University of Michigan which helped shape her interest in the intersection of culture and disease. She is an incoming medical student at Michigan State University where she aims to become a physician grounded in community and the social determinants of health

Anurag Bolneni
Anurag Bolneni is a consultant at Optum, MSI Data Science student, and the Co-Founder of an early stage health-tech startup. As an undergraduate at Michigan, he studied business and biochemistry. Anurag has spent the last 7 years learning about healthcare globally and hopes to leverage his experiences to build scalable tech solutions that improve the quality of patient care.

Sana Shah
Sana is a University of Southern California graduate with a degree in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention and served as the President and Founder of USC’s Blueprints For Pangaea chapter. Having witnessed the stark health inequities throughout Los Angeles, Sana is deeply invested in public health programs that support and educate the community, creating better health outcomes. Sana hopes to explore the nexus of biotechnology, health policy, and social impact organizations that shape the U.S. healthcare system.

Nitya Balusu, a junior on the pre-dental track studying business administration, is passionate about sustainability and healthcare improvement. She believes in leveraging business strategies to foster change within the healthcare sector. Through her work with Blueprints and academic pursuits, Nitya aims to address and overcome challenges in healthcare accessibility, using her unique blend of passion and business insight to contribute to the organization’s mission.

Beatrice Hadiwidjaja
Beatrice Hadiwidjaja is a junior studying Neuroscience, with a minor in Statistics. She is interested in preventing social inequities within biological research, such as in access to participation and subject bias. Through Blueprints, Beatrice hopes to widen the means with which students can be involved in environmental, healthcare, and educational inequity.

Sarah Gallagher is a junior studying Neuroscience with a minor in Business. As an aspiring physician, she is passionate about understanding the healthcare industry and using this understanding to alleviate healthcare inequities. Divum Mittal is a junior pursuing a dual degree in business administration and public health. He is passionate about educational and healthcare equity, and how business can be a driving force for change across these verticals. Stephanie Chan is a sophomore at the University of Michigan majoring in Neuroscience. Shreya Chalasani is a senior at the University of Michigan majoring in Microbiology with a minor in Business. She is passionate about finding the intersection between healthcare and business and plans to attend medical school after completing her undergraduate education. Rohan Nanwani is a senior at the University of Michigan majoring in Biology, Health, and Society and minoring in Food and the Environment. He is interested in increasing his awareness of health disparities and environmental preservation across the globe, and he joined Blueprints to utilize these cultivated skills in the future as an aspiring physician.

Sinit Lijam is a senior studying Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience. She is interested in the diminishment of racial and socioeconomic health disparities, as well as the intersection between health and sustainability. In the future, Sinit hopes to become a Physician Associate and aid in providing access to quality and affordable healthcare while working to combat these disparities.

Sanya is a sophomore studying Computer Science. Between local and international efforts, she is inspired by the initiative behind B4P and wants to reduce the global health disparity with her peers. She hopes to pursue an intersection between CS and healthcare professionally and help increase access to technology in developing communities, especially in those that don’t currently have the proper health resources.

Arriyan Raza is a senior majoring in Computer Science with a minor in UX Design. Arriyan is passionate about the intersection of public health and technology and is excited to be tackling tough problems in the space. Through his experience in Blueprints, Arriyan plans on starting a business facing the issues within healthcare inequity.

Aparna Reddy is a senior at the University of Michigan, majoring in Community and Global Public Health. Interested in promoting health equity and access to care , she hopes to work to alleviate disparities through, education and efficient systematic practice. In the future, Aparna plans to combine these interests to pursue an MD and become a practicing physician.

Jerry (Hadi) Juratli graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Biophysics. He is interested in utilizing social entrepreneurship to improve healthcare access and delivery, both locally and internationally. In the future, he hopes to work towards improving patient health outcomes at the intersection of biomedical innovation, bioethics, and healthcare policy.
